InterLock's Deliverable Driven Methodology

InterLock's Development Methodology places a significant emphasis on delivery of results in a predictable, high quality, cost-predictive fashion.  It has many of the properties of a traditional waterfall method, but retains sufficient agility to leverage new developments in tools and staff expertise. InterLock’s Deliverable Driven Methodology ã (ILDM) begins by coupling the sales cycle to the development process.  It has allowed us to retain sufficient flexibility to meet a wide range of client requirements with semantic content and to deliver outstanding systems and services.  With it, we provide our customer-partners with a cost effective global, distributed development organization while assuring quality, effective systems that meet their business needs.  It facilitates our post-deployment support services and incorporates components to assist in future enhancements.  It is designed to enhance our customer-partner’s satisfaction and provide them with systems that can grow and evolve along with their business.

ILDM is a deliverables-based system methodology with customer-partner sign-off at all critical phases.  It contains regular status reporting to assure our partners are informed.  Its major phases are Sales, Assessment, Planning, Tools, Analysis, Construction, Testing, Training, Production, and Warranty.  Each of these phases contains critical deliverables that must be completed and whose dependants are identified in subsequent phases.  Understanding these dependencies and accounting for them in any planning is essential to InterLock’s leadership in this market.
